Return And Refund Policy
Pumpkin & Spice will accept all refunds or replacement requests if the products are returned to our warehouse within 30 days of delivery and fit the following criteria:
- No discount coupons were used on the purchase (the guarantee only applies to products and bundles purchased at the retail price).
- If your product is faulty and you'd like it replaced/refunded we may request photos and evidence before accepting a return.
- The product must not have been used, show any signs of wear and tear, and the packaging must not have been damaged. If the packaging is damaged in any way or if the product has been opened/used, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.
- Return shipping costs are not covered by our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee
- All bundles/skincare packs must be returned in its entirety, you will not be entitled to a refund if any products from the bundle/skincare pack are missing. Once you have opened a product included in a bundle, the remainder of the unopened products are ineligible for return.
