Pumpkin & Spice uses natural ingredients and is designed specifically for sensitive skin. 🍂 However, since everyone is unique, some people find that their skin reacts to certain groups of ingredients. For instance, the cinnamon contained in the Pumpkin & Spice products may cause temporary redness that may last a few minutes and might also cause a slight tingling sensation during use. ✨ This is because of the increase of blood flow to the skin, not from irritation, and only means it's working and should subside after a few minutes once the product is washed away. But as with introducing any new skin care product, we recommend you test the mask on a small patch of skin, and after a few hours, if you see no major irritation, you’re good to go. 👌

Yes! As the face mask dries on your skin, it latches onto dirt and toxins, helping to fight blemishes, skin impurities and acne spots. In addition, our face mask contains ingredients that help to remove pollutants that build up on the surface of the skin, assisting in preventing clogged pores and breakouts in the future. 🛡️

It is known that clay masks and facials can dry your skin! This is why it is important to moisturize with the Pumpkin & Spice Moisturizer after removing the face mask! 😊 If you do suffer from either, you may experience a slight tingling sensation on your first use. However, please note it doesn’t contain any ingredients that might trigger eczema or rosacea; everyone is different, and everyone’s skin reacts differently to certain skincare products. Therefore, it is best to check with your doctor if you have any major concerns.

When the face mask feels firm on your skin,—that means it is time to take it off! Wet a washcloth with lukewarm water and gently wipe the face mask off of your face in circular motions. 🧖‍♀️ Be sure to get all of the face mask—that means double-checking your hairline, eyebrows, and nostrils. Once you’ve made sure all of the face mask has been removed, take a clean, dry towel and lightly blot your skin until it’s just slightly damp. You and your skin should feel rejuvenated and revived. Keep showing your skin love by applying the Pumpkin & Spice Day Moisturizer which will complement all the work the face mask did, leaving you with a hydrated, healthy complexion. 😊

Our products have a typical shelf life of 36 months unopened and 24 months opened. 🙂

We wish you all the best with your pregnancy! 🤰🏻 Yes, our products are safe for you to use! The main things you need to be wary of in skincare when pregnant are retinoids and retinol, BHAs (salicylic acid) and oil of bergamot and some soy products (only because they can worsen hyperpigmentation). And as we are completely free of these things, there is nothing you need to worry about in Pumpkin & Spice harming your growing bub (or you). Of course, if you have serious concerns, you can consult your doctor before use. 🩺

We feel strongly towards the protection of animals, therefore we do not test our products on animals and all our bundle products are vegan-friendly. 🐾

Don't panic!
